The client approached me with the goal of creating a comprehensive manual for seed libraries, focusing on the methodology and practices involved. They provided me with the necessary text and high-quality photos as the foundation for the design process.

The objective was to craft a visually captivating manual that would engage readers. To achieve this, the client specifically requested the use of my watercolor paintings. I carefully selected muted colors for the fonts, employing minimalist and clean typography to enhance the overall aesthetic.

Every illustration within the manual is an original piece created by me, painting inspiration from seeds, vegetables, legumes, and herbs. Each watercolor painting was meticulously crafted on cold-pressed paper, and later scanned and refined in Adobe Photoshop to ensure the utmost clarity and detail.

To further enrich the design, I also developed a unique pattern for the inner sides of the manual. Using Adobe Illustrator, I carefully crafted a pattern that harmoniously complemented the illustrations and added an extra layer of visual interest.

The entire publication was thoughtfully assembled and formatted in Adobe InDesign, allowing for a seamless flow of content and an engaging reading experience.

I am delighted to have had the opportunity to contribute to this project and bring the seed library manual to life through the combination of watercolor illustrations, elegant typography, and meticulous design. Enjoy!
